Credibility
To perform a function and be justified, cultural values must be embodied within an organisation in a credible way. Credibility means that there is no difference between what we say and what we do. This applies equally when it comes to dealing with each other and in exchange with our partners and customers. Openness and honesty are the key guiding values in this context.
No hidden agenda
We act autonomously and independently in our day-to-day business and in the selection of our technologies. If we are convinced that certain technologies do not fit a project, then we openly address the issue.
