inovex thrives on an open corporate culture. It is important to us that all people at inovex have the same opportunity to help shape the company and thus make it an even better workplace.
Strategic changes that affect everyone at inovex are not decided behind closed doors. Instead, we organise such decisions via a strategy backlog that all people at inovex can access. That is where suggestions for improvement are collected and evaluated.
Our feedback culture is not just theory, but actively implemented, and we use it to ensure that every employee has the opportunity to contribute individually and to develop personally.
Integration from day one
After onboarding, the inovex community is not only defined by working together. There is also the possibility for anyone interested to connect as part of sports teams and many other leisure groups that our employees organise.
Twice a year, all inovex employees come together for major events, to get to know each other better outside of the daily work context.
